Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to SkillsRadar (skillsradar.dev), including the website, catalog, downloads, Premium subscriptions, one-time Skill purchases, creator tools, and developer APIs.

By creating an account, browsing paid offerings, purchasing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

What SkillsRadar is

SkillsRadar is a discovery and distribution platform for Agent Skills and Workflows. We publish catalog listings, install instructions, packages, and related documentation.

Unless we explicitly offer a hosted generation feature, SkillsRadar does not run your prompts through image or video models on our servers. Visual-generation Skills and Workflows typically execute locally in your agent environment using providers and API keys you control.

Third-party models, agents, and APIs are independent products. SkillsRadar is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers unless we say otherwise.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

Subscriptions and paid plans

Paid plans unlock Premium catalog access, higher API limits, and other benefits described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled. You can cancel from Account → Plan and billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Taxes, currency conversion, and payment processing are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record where applicable. Creem’s checkout terms may also apply to the payment transaction.

Plan features, limits, and prices may change. Material changes to recurring plans will be communicated through the product or email where required.

Paid Skills (one-time purchases)

Individual Skills may be offered as one-time purchases. Payment grants a personal license to download and use that Skill package subject to these Terms and any Skill-specific license notes shown on the listing.

Unless stated otherwise, a one-time Skill purchase does not include a subscription, does not transfer ownership of SkillsRadar IP, and is non-transferable.

Access is delivered digitally after successful payment confirmation. If fulfillment fails due to our error, contact support@skillsradar.dev for remediation.

Refunds and chargebacks

Because catalog content and API access are digital and delivered immediately, sales are generally final except where required by law or where Creem’s refund policies apply.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@skillsradar.dev before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate.

API usage

API keys are personal to your account. Do not share keys publicly. We may revoke keys that are leaked, abused, or exceed plan limits.

API usage is metered for quotas, billing enforcement, security, and reliability. Excessive automated scraping of the catalog outside documented APIs is prohibited.

Visual-generation Skills and content safety

Visual-generation Skills and Workflows (image, video, or similar generative media) must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Sexually explicit, pornographic, and other NSFW outputs are prohibited. You may not use SkillsRadar listings, packages, demos, or any SkillsRadar prompt endpoints to request, generate, host, or promote such content.

Where SkillsRadar provides prompt-based generation or prompt-intake endpoints related to visual media, prompts are screened with Creem’s Content Moderation API. Denied or flagged prompts are blocked.

Creator submissions

If you submit Skills or Workflows, you represent that you have rights to the content, that it does not include secrets or malicious instructions, and that it complies with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

We may reject, remove, or delist submissions at our discretion, including for safety, quality, IP, or compliance reasons.

Intellectual property

SkillsRadar branding, site design, and original platform software are owned by SkillsRadar or its licensors.

Skill packages remain subject to their stated licenses. Purchasing or downloading does not grant rights beyond those licenses and these Terms.

Disclaimers

The service and catalog content are provided “as is.” Skills may depend on third-party agents and models that change without notice.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect search ranking, or that any Skill will achieve a particular business result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillsRadar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to SkillsRadar for the service in the three months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where prohibited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
