Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Questions: support@skillsradar.dev

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to visual-generation Skills, Workflows, demos, and any SkillsRadar endpoints that accept prompts for image or video generation (or closely related generative visual media).

SkillsRadar is a catalog and distribution platform. Many visual Skills run locally in your agent. Regardless of where generation executes, using SkillsRadar to discover, install, sell, demo, or route prompts for visual generation is subject to this AUP.

Mandatory content moderation

Any prompt submitted to a SkillsRadar prompt-based visual generation or moderation endpoint must be screened through Creem’s Content Moderation API (or SkillsRadar’s wrapper around it) before generation proceeds.

Prompts that receive a deny or flag decision are blocked. Moderation failures fail closed: generation must not proceed if moderation is unavailable.

Creators of visual-generation Skills must not instruct users to bypass moderation, disable filters, or seek “uncensored / no filter / NSFW / 18+” generation through SkillsRadar.

Explicitly prohibited uses

Sexually explicit, pornographic, or pornographic-adjacent content, including nude or sexualized depictions of real or fictional people.

Any NSFW, erotic, fetish, or sexually suggestive generation, marketing, demos, galleries, or prompts.

Sexual content involving minors (anyone 17 or under), or any content that sexualizes minors — strictly prohibited and will be reported as required by law.

Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, face-swap, or face-manipulation tools intended to deceive or harass.

Content that promotes exploitation, trafficking, or sexual violence.

Gore, extreme graphic violence, or content designed primarily to shock through mutilation (unless narrowly needed for legitimate medical/educational context that we have approved).

Hate speech, harassment, or content that targets protected classes with threats or dehumanization.

Instructions or Skills whose primary purpose is fraud, malware, credential theft, or other illegal activity.

Marketing that advertises SkillsRadar or listed Skills as “uncensored,” “no filter,” “NSFW,” “18+ generation,” or similar.

Required behavior for visual Skills and Workflows

Demo galleries and Real Outputs must be safe-for-work. Suggestive, borderline, or sexually provocative showcase media is not allowed.

Skill instructions must state that sexually explicit / NSFW generation is forbidden when using the Skill in connection with SkillsRadar.

If a Skill accepts user prompts for image or video generation through a SkillsRadar-connected path, call SkillsRadar’s moderation endpoint first and honor deny/flag responses.

Do not include secrets, exfiltration payloads, or prompt-injection attacks in Skill packages.

Enforcement

We may reject creator submissions, remove listings, revoke Premium access, disable API keys, suspend accounts, and report illegal material to authorities or payment partners.

Creem and SkillsRadar may test generation and listing compliance at any time.
